The ACT is a teachable test, and content teachers are the most effective coaches.

This class trains high school teachers to become ACT coaches in their home schools.

Students who prepare well can raise their ACT scores anywhere from 1 - 6 points.

During our 5 hour workshop, Math, Science, and English teachers will learn

  • The content of the ACT sub-tests
  • Changes to the ACT (including the Writing Test).
  • The major types of questions encountered on each test
  • Strategies students need to learn to improve their scores
  • How to structure and teach a 15-hour ACT class in their home schools

Dr. Moss and Dr. Chippendale are experienced ACT/SAT coaches.

They have presented ACT prep classes and Teachers as ACT Coaches workshops statewide,

including in St. Louis (St. Louis Public Schools, M.I.C.D.S., Cor Jesu Academy),

Fulton, Keytesville, Columbia, Springfield, and Kansas City.

$185  for each participant per class (Math/Science or English/Reading)
